Our mission is to support our clients in achieving and maintaining healthy lifestyles through structured activities, social engagement, and personalized care.
With over two decades of experience serving adults with Intellectual Disabilities, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive in a supportive, engaging environment. Our program combines physical exercise, nutritional education, social outings, and skill-building classes to promote holistic wellbeing.
Our experienced staff members are trained in disability support and weight management strategies, ensuring each client receives the attention and guidance they need to reach their personal health goals.

Daily physical activities tailored to individual abilities, including light aerobics, strength training, yoga, and walking groups to promote cardiovascular health and mobility.
Daily Dance & Aerobics
Rotating Classroom Activities
Daily rotation through different themed classrooms focusing on life skills, arts & crafts, music therapy, and social development.
Nutrition Education
Community Outings
Regular excursions to parks, museums, local attractions, and recreational facilities to promote social engagement and community integration.
Health Monitoring
Every day ends with our popular dance session in the aerobic room, combining fun movement with exercise to improve coordination and mood.
Interactive classes on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and food preparation to support weight management and overall wellness.
Regular weight and health check-ins with personalized progress tracking to support each client's individual weight management goals.
